Farewell to Maltby
Today, Sunday the 20th December, was the final swimming session at Maltby pool. Some of the children started their swimming lessons there over a decade ago and are now at University, “it’s the end of an era” was a phrase made by many parents today. Even though this may be a sad day for some, I am sure that the children and parents will welcome the brand new facilities at the new pool which is due to open on the 25th January. Here’s to next year and a Happy Christmas to everyone
