34th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ROTHERHAM METRO SWIMMING CLUB

5thANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – ROTHERHAM METRO LTD

 

Sunday 13th March 2011 at 10.45 am at the new Maltby Pool, Rotherham.

 

 

Any motion for discussion must be received in writing by the Secretary no later than Friday 18th  February 2011

 

Nominations for the Management Committee must be in the hands of the Secretary no later than Friday 18th February 2011.  All nominations must have the signature of the PROPOSER, SECONDER and the NOMINEE, who must all be paid up members of the Club.

 

Only members having attained their 16th Birthday will be entitled to vote, nominate or second.  Only members aged 18 years and over may be elected to the Management Committee.

 

Management Committee positions to be filled are:-

                                    Competition Secretary

                                    Membership Secretary

                                    Swimming Secretary

                                    Club Shop & Kit Secretary

                                    Education Secretary

                                    Open Gala Secretary

                                    Fund Raising Secretary

                                    Public Relation Officer

                                    Water Polo Secretary

                                    Masters Secretary

                                    Welfare Officer
