Awards Evening
The annual awards evening was held on December 28th and was a great success with nearly 200 people attending the event. The evening consisting of a buffet, presentation of awards, a disco and excellent karaoke, which was enjoyed by all. Rotherham chemists are already asking for the date of this year’s event so that they can be prepared for the huge increase in paracetamol sales this time around! A big thank you to Debbie Taylor for organising the whole event and also to Debbie Pepper for her help.
The new club captains were announced with Emily-may Roebuck taking over from Andrea Whaling and James Pepper taking over from Tom Moxon.
Head Coach Alan Kirton presented two special awards given for ‘training, application and dedication’. Matthew Sotheran picked up the boys’ award and Emily Shone and Nicole Clarke are to share the girls’ award.
