January 2010 Level 3 Meet Report
Rotherham Metro achieved the top club award at their own gala, which took place at Ponds Forge on the 16th and 17th of January. This was despite their being tough competition from such clubs such as Borough of Kirklees and Kingston upon Hull.
There were 40 Gold medals, 38 Silver and 45 Bronze medals awarded to the Rotherham swimmers, with 43 speeding tickets being given out to those that were just too fast.
Here are just a small percentage of swimmers that won awards, with Club captains, Daniel Mclean and Charlotte Pearson accepting the winning trophy.
